Diffraction Technology is a company which specializes in X-ray Analytical instruments, components, software, upgrades and special systems.

We offer the GBC eMMA X-ray Diffractometers for many applications and in addition, manufacture special systems using a  unique capability based on the qualifications and experience of the Managing Director, Mr. Rod  Clapp.

We also supply and install the GBC-Difftech range of upgrades to existing older X-ray Diffractometers.

We manufacture an X-ray micro radiography system, the “XMR”, which uses X-ray Diffractometer components.

We can also offer custom X-ray Shielding enclosures, and can retrofit X-ray Polycapillary and Mirror Optics.

 We can also add an XRF capability to existing Powder XRDs or supply custom energy dispersive X-ray Fluorescence systems.
